Bubba's "Friends" Birthday Party 2010

Bubba wanted to go to a baseball game for her party this year so we let her choose three friends and D took them down to a Bees game in Salt Lake. They all had a blast, and yes even D had fun. After the game the girls got to go down on the field and run the bases.

We decided to just have one great big family party this year instead of three seperate ones. Unfortunately, one of my sisters was just fresh from the hospital and the other was on vacation.

Baseball 2010

Well Bubbs is in the minor league this year. She still loves to play baseball and is really getting quite good if I do say so myself. This year has been her first year with machine pitch. She has decided that her number is going to be "5" since that is what she has had ever since she played soccer. Her team this year was the Force. She was very excited because she got all sorts of hooked up for her birthday this year. She now has a full set of gear including a pink mit, bat, pink softball, baseball pants, pink batting helmet, batting gloves, and even a pink bag.

"Drill Bits"

As you will see from the pics below, our girls have started a band. A Lego Rockband that is. Please look past the ugly pics of me to see just how silly all three of our girls are. Libby was so cute! She loves to sing in the microphone and play the guitar. We had to get her the Wii guitar though so that she would not press buttons and pause the game at random moments. Thanks to Ed and Laura for lending us one of their PS3s and the game. We had a blast!

Black Eye #2

This is Brookles' winner. Believe it or not, she obtained this "beautiful eyeshadow" while doing the laundry. She was taking the dirty clothes to the laundry room and tripped over some clothes and took a header into my metal drying rack. Keep in mind that this is the same girl that was in a cast from toe to hip when she was 18 months and then one year after that she tried to cut her finger off and needed 7 stitches. At least she waited a couple of years between injuries.

Black Eye #1

Libby gave herself quite the black eye. She was playing in the study, leaning on the bottom of the cabinet. Her hand slipped out from under her and she wacked her head on the wood.

This was about a month ago. Last week she gave herself another one (sorry, did not get a picture this time). This time, she was not watching where she was going and walked right into a bar stool.

Just for the record, she put these teeth in herself.

Halloween 2009

Carving Pumpkins

This is such a Libby face.

I had no idea when I carved it that we would be able to get her to

make the face right in front of her pumpkin. It was so cute!Bubba wanted to be Yoda this year.Miss Libby was a very cute little Black Widow.Little Brookles chose to be Silvermist from the Tinker Bell movie.

I was actually a bit disappointed in the pattern because she looks

more like a princess than Silvermist but she loved her costume anyway.

I bought some "wound" tatoos and the girls had fun putting

them all over their daddy so that he could have a costume too.This is Bubba's best friend Bailey.

She came over and played with us on Halloween.
